1. Tell Us About Your Project. Share photos, approximate dimensions, and a description of your patio plans. We'll review the scope and determine whether it may qualify.

2. Review Your Patio Design and Proposal. We'll discuss materials, layout, construction requirements, and pricing. Your proposal will identify the applicable complimentary Breeo fire pit option.

3. Reserve Your Project. Accept the written proposal and provide the required deposit before the promotional deadline.

4. Enjoy Your Finished Outdoor Space. Your complimentary Breeo fire pit will be provided following completion and final payment, subject to the promotional terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I receive a free fire pit for a small patio repair?

  • No. The promotion applies only to qualifying new patio installations and substantial renovations meeting the minimum contract requirements.

• Can I choose a different Breeo model or finish?

  • Yes. Alternative models, finishes, and accessories may be available. Any additional cost beyond the included promotional model or allowance will be reflected in your proposal.

• Does the promotion include a built-in stone fire pit?

  • The integrated option includes an allowance toward an eligible Breeo insert, not a complete masonry fire pit. Surround construction, foundations, and installation are priced separately.

• Does my patio have to be finished before winter?

  • No. The qualifying contract and deposit must be received before December 20, 2026. Installation scheduling depends on project scope, weather, and availability.

• Can I receive cash or a discount instead of the fire pit?

  • No. The complimentary product has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for a discount, refund, or credit.

• Can I combine this with another promotion?

  • No. Only one promotional fire pit is available per qualifying contract, and the offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

• Do you install the fire pit?

  • Standalone Breeo models are provided as portable units. Permanent fire features require additional design, construction, and installation arrangements. All installations must comply with manufacturer instructions and applicable local regulations.

• Can I upgrade to a larger fire pit even if my patio qualifies for a smaller model?

  • Yes. Customers may request an upgraded Breeo model. The additional cost will be included in the project proposal.

• What happens if my project costs more than the minimum qualifying amount?

  • Your project automatically qualifies for the applicable promotional tier based on its final eligible contract value. For example, a $6,000 patio qualifies for the Breeo X24 option rather than the X19..​​

Fall Patio Special — Official Terms and Conditions

Offer valid for qualifying new patio construction and substantial patio reconstruction projects contracted with Blue Root Landscape Design LLC between October 15 and December 20, 2026. A signed agreement and required deposit must be received by the deadline. Minimum qualifying contract values are $3,500 for the Breeo X19, $5,000 for the Breeo X24, and $7,500 for an eligible integrated fire pit insert allowance of up to $800. Qualifying contract values exclude applicable taxes, permit fees, separately priced fire feature construction, and other excluded charges identified in the written proposal. Only one promotional item is available per qualifying contract and property. The promotional item is determined by the final eligible contract value, with the applicable model or allowance identified in the written agreement. Product models, finishes, and availability are subject to confirmation at contract signing. Alternative models or finishes may be available at additional cost. The complimentary promotional item will be provided following project completion and receipt of final payment. Canceled contracts and contracts with outstanding balances are ineligible. The offer is nontransferable, has no cash redemption value, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Additional accessories, masonry construction, foundations, fuel, permits, and specialized installation are not included unless expressly stated in the contract. Standalone fire pits must be used in accordance with Breeo's manufacturer instructions, including required clearances and approved placement surfaces. Integrated fire features may be subject to additional construction requirements and local regulations. Blue Root Landscape Design reserves the right to discontinue this promotion for new inquiries at any time without affecting previously executed promotional agreements.
